Alot of blood and alot of periods!!?

the past 7 plus months ive been tryin for my 2nd baby. im 19 years of age and has always had regualr periods. but since ive been tryin for a baby ive had realli iregular periods. i neva seem to be off my period im off my period maybe 9 days or less each month. im to scared to go to the doctors afraid of wat they mite say.. please help me!!!
