My Husky got his 2nd Bordatella vaccine nasally yesterday. Is it possible he has had a reaction?

Today I noticed clear nasal drainage and an occasional cough with whitish phlegm. This is very similar to the start of symptoms he had about 6 months ago and had to go through antibiotics, aminophylline and prednisone.
