I'm trying to find the name of Dominican Republic top hit song?

Was in Punta Cana in January. They kept playing this song every where. I asked one of the locals what it was called and i think he said "El Forte", and it was a Dominican song. Can anyone help with the name - I can't find anything under El Forte.
