What happens to the fetuses of second trimester abortions?

..This makes me sick. I don't even want to know what they do with the babies afterwards. How could you look at a little human, and just dispose of it? It should definitely be illegal no matter what stage the pregnancy is..it's murder. There's thousands of people out there who can't biologically have children, why can't people just give it up, and not kill their own mistake. Errr.. I could go on with this topic..
