Huge Computer OS problem.How to uninstall second OS?

i installed the windows xp bariski version and now in the OS choice menu, my old vista doesnt even show up....when i go to xp, there is no network connection, WMP doesnt work properly, no volume control menu...no nothing. i really want my old vista OS back. can you tell me how to do it?
