I have undergone laproscopic removal of gall-bladder stone as also repair of epigastric hernia.When can I swim

The surgery was performed more than 5 weeks back but I still have pain around the area where a mesh has been inserted to seal the Hernia and the punctures for the laproscopic procedure (7 of them) are also tender still.
