My INBOX shows new, unread messages. But when I open the inbox, there is no mail! What's gong on with this?

This seems to be a glitch in Yahoo at the moment, no doubt they are working on this. It is one of many problems and the answers seem to be different for everyone. Hopefully they will get it right soon.
