Why are people complaining about the 3DS price when?

The 3DS is going to bomb and lost Nintendo a **** ton of money, but they should still have enough cash leftover from the Wii to make a 8th gen console in a couple years. They will have some tough competition against Microsoft's new console and Sega's new console though.
